Payments, discounts & cancellations
  • Payment options

    Tuition and Lodging fees for our instructor-led courses are due by the first day of the scheduled course. Acceptable forms of payment include check, cashier’s check, money order and credit card.  Vale Training Solutions accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. All checks should be made payable to Vale Training Solutions.

  • Early bird discounts

    Registrations received 90-days in advance of the course date will receive a 15% early bird discount.

    Registrations received 60-days in advance of the course date will receive a 10% early bird discount.

  • Cancellation information

    Should a student be unable to attend a course, they may contact Vale Training Solutions, via e-mail, for a courtesy transfer to a future course OR they may send a participant to take their place for the scheduled course.

    Refund/Cancellation – All requests must be made in writing via e-mail to registrations@vale-ts.com.

    Full Refund less fees – Two business days prior to the course start date for a refund of the full tuition less the tuition deposit and a $50.00 administrative fee.

    Tuition Deposit can be applied to any future class.

    No Refund: If e-mail notification is received in less than 2 business days prior to the start date of class.


    After registration, a student may transfer to another course date, as long as the request is received in writing to registrations@vale-ts.com at least 48 hours prior to the start of the course.

    One courtesy transfer will be allowed at no charge, and the new course date must fall within one year of the original course start date.

    In the event a student needs to request a second transfer for the same registration, a transfer fee in the amount of $150.00 will be charged.

    A maximum of two (2) transfers will be allowed per student per course registration. In the event the student cannot attend, please refer to the cancellation policy above.


    IMPORTANT: Students choosing to secure lodging on their own will do so at their own risk.  In the event that Vale Training Solutions must cancel a course due to a scheduling conflict, Instructor illness, etc. lodging charges incurred by the student booking their own reservations WILL NOT be refunded by Vale Training Solutions.

    If student books lodging through Vale Training Solutions, no fees will be incurred.

    Course Cancellation

    At Vale Training Solutions, we strive to conduct every scheduled course; however, certain circumstances may result in the cancellation of a course. If a course cannot be held, Vale will reimburse the tuition paid including tuition deposits. Vale will use its best efforts to provide as early as notice as possible. This notice will be sent to the student and sponsor via e-mail address provided at the time of registration. Vale Training Solutions is not responsible for the reimbursement of airfare/change fees, fees for lodging or any other transportation costs, due to the cancellation of an event.
